Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date. If 30 days have passed since your item was delivered, we are unfortunately unable to offer a return or refund. We encourage you to inspect your order promptly upon arrival to ensure everything meets your expectations and arrives in proper condition.
Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be in its original, unused condition
- All original hardware, components, and fasteners must be included
- Any included manuals, documentation, or packaging materials must be returned
- The item must show no signs of installation, assembly, field use, or wear
Used items are not eligible for return. Once a tractor attachment or implement has been mounted, operated, or put into service, it cannot be returned. This policy exists because used equipment cannot be resold as new, and safety cannot be guaranteed after field use.
Parcel Returns
For items that shipped via standard parcel carriers such as UPS or FedEx, the following process applies:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective item or a shipping error on our part
- You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from us before sending any item back
- Items returned without an RMA number may be refused or delayed in processing
- Please package items securely to prevent damage during return transit
Freight Returns
Many tractor attachments are large, heavy pieces of equipment that ship via freight carrier. Freight returns require additional coordination due to the size, weight, and cost involved.
- You must contact us before arranging or scheduling any freight return
- We will work with you to identify the most practical and cost-effective return method
- Return freight costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received defective or the wrong item was shipped
- Freight returns arranged without prior authorization may be refused at the time of delivery
- The customer is responsible for ensuring the item is properly secured and packaged on a pallet for return freight shipment
Because freight shipping involves significant costs in both directions, we strongly encourage customers to carefully review product specifications, compatibility information, and dimensions before purchasing. Our team is happy to assist you select the right attachment before you buy.
Defective Items or Incorrect Shipments
We take quality control seriously, but on rare occasions an item may arrive defective or an error may occur in fulfillment. In these situations, we take full responsibility.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if you receive a defective item or an item that does not match your order
- We will cover all return shipping or return freight costs in these cases
- Please provide photographs of the item and any visible damage or discrepancy when you reach out
- We will prioritize your case and work to resolve it as quickly as possible
Failure to report defects or shipping errors within 48 hours of delivery may impact our ability to cover return shipping costs, so please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
How to Initiate a Return
Getting started is simple. To initiate a return, please reach out to our team with the following information:
- Your order number
- The item or items you wish to return
- The reason for the return
- Photos of the item, if applicable (required for defective or damaged claims)

Refund Timeline
Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our return condition requirements, your refund will be processed promptly.
- Refunds are issued within 5 business days of receiving the returned item at our facility
- All refunds are applied to the original payment method used at the time of purchase
- Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a defective product
- You will receive a confirmation notification once your refund has been processed
Please note that while we process refunds within 5 business days, your financial institution may require additional time to post the credit to your account.
