Shipping & Freight Information
Shipping & Freight Information
At AttachmentsUSA.com, we understand that getting your tractor attachments and implements delivered safely, on time, and without surprises is just as important as the equipment itself. Whether you're ordering a set of pallet forks or a full-size skid steer attachment, we've built our shipping process around transparency, reliability, and protecting your investment from our warehouse in Phoenix, Arizona all the way to your farm, job site, or property.
Please read the information below carefully before placing your order. Understanding how your shipment will be delivered helps ensure a smooth receiving experience and protects you in the event of any freight damage.
Parcel Shipping (UPS / FedEx)
Which Items Qualify for Parcel Shipping?
Smaller, lighter items in our catalog are eligible for standard parcel shipping via UPS or FedEx. These typically include accessories, wear parts, hardware kits, replacement components, and any individual item that ships within standard carrier size and weight limits. The specific carrier used for your order will be selected based on your destination and the most reliable available service at the time of shipment.
Transit Time
Parcel orders generally arrive within 3 to 7 business days from the date of shipment, depending on your location relative to our Phoenix, Arizona fulfillment point. Customers in the Southwest and Western United States typically receive orders on the shorter end of that range, while deliveries to the Northeast, Southeast, and Upper Midwest may take closer to the full 7 business days.
Free Parcel Shipping on Orders Over $99
We're pleased to offer free standard parcel shipping on all qualifying orders totaling $99 or more within the continental United States. This discount is applied automatically at checkout — no coupon code required. Orders under $99 will have shipping rates calculated based on package weight and destination ZIP code.
Handling Time
Please allow 1 to 2 business days for order handling and packaging before your parcel order ships. Our warehouse team works hard to get orders out the door as quickly as possible, and many orders placed before our daily cutoff time (see Order Processing section below) ship faster than the maximum handling window.
Shipment Tracking
Once your parcel order has been picked up by UPS or FedEx, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment's progress directly on the carrier's website. If you do not receive a tracking email within 2 business days of placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.
Freight Shipping (LTL — Less Than Truckload)
Which Items Require Freight Shipping?
Heavy and oversized tractor attachments and implements — including but not limited to bucket attachments, box blades, tillers, backhoes, grapples, landscape rakes, and similar equipment — must ship via LTL freight carrier due to their size, weight, and the care required during transport. These items cannot be shipped via standard parcel carriers and will be palletized and secured before leaving our facility.
Product pages will indicate whether an item ships via freight. If you have questions about how a specific attachment will ship, our team is happy to assist before you place your order.
Delivery Appointment Process
All LTL freight deliveries require a scheduled delivery appointment. Once your shipment arrives at the local freight terminal near your destination, the carrier will contact you directly by phone to arrange a delivery window. It is critical that you provide a valid, monitored phone number at checkout so the carrier can reach you.
- You are responsible for being available during your scheduled delivery window.
- Missed appointments may result in redelivery fees charged by the freight carrier.
- If your contact information changes after placing your order, notify us immediately so we can update the shipment record.
Liftgate Service
We automatically include liftgate service on residential freight deliveries. A liftgate lowers your pallet from the truck bed to ground level, making it possible to receive heavy equipment without a loading dock or forklift. If you have a commercial address with dock access or equipment capable of unloading the shipment, please note this in your order comments and we can coordinate accordingly.
Rural Delivery Policy
Freight carriers classify some rural or remote addresses as limited-access locations. If your delivery address falls into this category, additional fees may apply, or the carrier may require you to pick up your shipment at a nearby terminal. We will notify you of any such limitations before your order ships so you can make alternate arrangements if needed. We strive to get your equipment as close to your door as possible, but some rural addresses may present logistical limitations beyond our control.
⚠ IMPORTANT: Inspect Your Shipment Before Signing
This is the most important step in the freight receiving process. Please read carefully.
Before you sign the delivery receipt or release the driver, you must thoroughly inspect your shipment for damage. This includes:
- Checking the pallet and packaging for any visible signs of impact, crushing, punctures, or shifting.
- Examining the equipment itself for bends, cracks, dents, broken welds, or any other structural damage.
- Counting all pieces and confirming all components listed on the delivery paperwork are present.
If you observe any damage — no matter how minor it appears — note it clearly and specifically on the delivery receipt before signing. Write a description of the damage (e.g., "corner of pallet dented, frame appears bent on left side") rather than a generic note. Do not simply write "subject to inspection," as this language is often not accepted by freight carriers during the claims process.
If damage is severe or the shipment appears significantly compromised, you have the right to refuse delivery. Please contact us immediately by phone or email if you choose to refuse a shipment so we can begin the resolution process on our end.
Freight Damage Claim Process
If damage is discovered at the time of delivery or shortly after:
- Document everything. Take clear photographs of the damage to the packaging, pallet, and the equipment itself before moving anything.
- Note the damage on the delivery receipt as described above, and retain your copy.
- Contact AttachmentsUSA.com within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us or visiting our Expert Help page. Include your order number, photos, and a written description of the damage.
- We will work with you and the freight carrier to file a damage claim and pursue an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement parts, a replacement unit, or a refund depending on the nature and extent of the damage.
Please be aware that failure to note damage on the delivery receipt dramatically limits our ability to file a successful claim on your behalf. We want to make every delivery right, and your cooperation during the inspection process is essential to protecting your purchase.
Order Processing
Our fulfillment team processes orders Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays. Orders placed before 2:00 PM Mountain Standard Time (MST) on a business day are targeted to ship that same business day, subject to product availability and order verification. Orders placed after 2:00 PM MST, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the following business day.
During peak seasons, promotional periods, or around major holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. We will communicate any meaningful delays via email. If your order is time-sensitive, we encourage you to contact us before placing your order so we can confirm current lead times.
Note on Holidays: AttachmentsUSA.com observes standard U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on or immediately before a holiday weekend may experience a one-to-two business day delay in processing. We appreciate your patience during these periods.
Shipping Rates
Parcel Shipping Rates
For items that qualify for parcel shipping, rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on the total package weight and your delivery destination. You will see your shipping cost before completing your purchase. Remember, orders of $99 or more in qualifying parcel items ship free — no code needed.
Freight Shipping Quotes
Because freight rates vary significantly based on equipment dimensions, total weight, delivery location, and liftgate or residential service requirements, freight shipping costs are not always automatically calculated at checkout for all items. In cases where a freight quote is required, our team will contact you with a shipping quote within 1 business day of your order being placed. Your order will not be charged for freight until you have approved the quote.
If you would like a freight estimate before placing an order, please visit our Expert Help page and provide the item(s) you are interested in along with your delivery ZIP code. We'll get you a number as quickly as possible.
International Shipping
At this time, AttachmentsUSA.com ships exclusively within the continental United States. We do not currently offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, Canada, or any other international destinations. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope to expand our shipping reach in the future. If you are located outside the continental U.S. and are interested in our products, feel free to reach out — in some cases, customers arrange their own freight forwarding services.
